Kingsmen to perform outdoors (The Acorn)
The Kingsmen Shakespeare Festival will present "Two Gentlemen of Verona" and "King Lear" at 8 p.m. Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays from June 29 through Aug. 5 on the CLU campus, 60 W. Olsen Road in Thousand Oaks. The grounds will open at 5:30 p.m. for picnicking and pre-show entertainment with musicians, dancing, juggling and swordfighting demonstrations.

Humans aren't the only ones who like to get out and stretch their legs. Horses enjoy a good stroll themselves, but finding a path or two on public land might be a challenge. Fortunately, our area does offer trails that are open to horseback riding.
